Fulfillment Policy

This is the fulfillment policy for Tennessee Tax Solutions. It outlines the process and timelines for delivering tax preparation, filing, and consulting services. It ensures clients understand service expectations, document submission requirements, and response times for inquiries or revisions.

Service Delivery

Tennessee Tax Solutions is committed to providing professional and timely accounting, tax, and financial planning services. Upon completion of services, clients will receive the agreed-upon deliverables in accordance with our engagement terms.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments or services at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled meeting or service delivery. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalties.

Refunds

All sales are final once services have been delivered. Due to the nature of our professional services, no refunds will be issued after a service has been provided. If you have concerns about the service received, please contact us immediately so we can address your issue appropriately.

Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a service is not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part. Clients must submit a written request for review within 48 hours of service completion.
